Introduction

**Down Proof Fabric** is a highly specialized, tightly woven textile engineered to prevent fine down feathers and synthetic insulation fibers from migrating through the fabric structure. This is achieved by utilizing high-density, fine-denier Nylon or Polyester yarns and often applying a **Cire** (calendaring) or light coating finish that physically seals the microscopic needle holes and weave intersections. Down proof orders are sensitive to quality. T/T 30% deposit is required upon approval of the down-proof test sample and final color.
